Cláudio Cardoso is a British-Portuguese celebrity Chef and artist.

After completing a degree at the Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies in Estoril, Portugal, he traveled the world to develop his culinary research and spent most of his training working for 5* hotels and top upmarket restaurants. After working at the Le quarter Français in Cape Town, the Armani Hotel in Dubai and just after, at the Bvlgari in Milan, Chef Cláudio Cardoso became the Head chef of the Michelin star restaurant “Midori” at the Ritz-Carlton Penha Longa. His experience and skills got him a space at some of the world’s most exclusive stages such as Central in Peru with Chef Virgilio Martinez, Pollen Street Social with Chef Jason Atherton, Rhodes Twenty Four with Chef Gary Rhodes, Tom Aikens with Chef Tom Aikens, The Narrow with Chef Gordon Ramsay and the opening of Sergi Arola’s Michelin Star Restaurant. In London, Chef Cláudio Cardoso made himself a name as the Group Executive Chef for the global brand SUSHISAMBA.

As an environmental activist, Chef Cláudio advocates for the preservation of rainforests around the world and climate change. He is an ambassador for Cool Earth -a non-profit organisation patronned by Dame Vivienne Westwood and has traveled to the Amazon to support local communities and research. Following this trip, Chef Cláudio created a menu of rainforest inspired dishes to raise awareness for Cool Earth’s humanitarian work. With multiple projects and international openings on his resume, including SUSHISAMBA London City, Covent Garden, Amsterdam, Miami and The Ritz Carlton Abama in Tenerife, Chef Cláudio Cardoso has proven to be a strong asset for every developing or established business he is involved with.
