Chef Cláudio Cardoso started drawing and doing street art from an early age. Constantly drawing and painting, he made a name for himself at only 10 years old after winning a global art contest. His winning drawing, of course, aimed to raise awareness towards sustainability and recycling; it was picked by one of the most established brands of electronics and music label. As an avid artist and creative, the traditional theoretical path of art schools back in his home country just wasn’t enough. Instead, Cláudio decided to go to Chef School to keep his creativity going. A decade later, Cláudio’s artwork covered the walls of SUSHISAMBA’s restaurants all over the world. He now works on his art as a hobby and commissioned work in collaboration with One Dollar Productions.
